Markus und Sarah stehen auf dem Hof. Sie haben zwei Pferde. Markus hat ein braunes Pferd. Das Pferd heißt Bruno. Sarah hat ein weißes Pferd. Das Pferd heißt Luna.

Markus schaut nach vorn. Zwischen den Büschen bewegt sich etwas. Ein wildes Schwein läuft schnell über den Weg. Es rennt in den Wald.
Luna ist ein bisschen nervös, aber sie bleibt stehen. Markus streichelt Bruno. “Alles gut”, sagt er mit ruhiger Stimme.
Nach einer Minute gehen die Pferde wieder weiter. Der Weg führt aus dem Wald heraus. Jetzt sind sie auf einem großen Feld auf dem Berg. Der Himmel ist schwarz und voller Sterne. Der Mond scheint hell.
Sie halten an und schauen in die Ferne. Es ist wunderschön hier. Nach einer kurzen Pause reiten sie zurück zum Hof. Sie sind müde, aber glücklich.

It is evening. The sun is slowly setting. It is a little cold. Markus zips up his jacket. Sarah puts on a cap. Today, the two of them are going on a long excursion. They are riding into the mountains.
They are sitting on the horses. Bruno and Luna are walking slowly. The hooves make a quiet sound on the path. The path is narrow. To the left and right, there are many big trees. The forest is quiet and beautiful.
It is getting darker. The trees are making long shadows. Bruno goes first. He knows the way. Sarah and Markus do not talk much. They hear the wind in the trees.

They stop and look into the distance. It is wonderful here. After a short break, they ride back to the farm. They are tired, but happy.
